NAPOLCOM CALABARZON congratulates POLICE CAPTAIN ROSALINO E. PANLAQUI, COP, Jalajala MPS for being one of the Awardees of the 2022 Metrobank Foundation’s Ten Outstanding Filipinos
Police Capt. Rosalino E. Panlaqui, Chief of Police of the Jalajala Police Station, in Rizal Province has been chosen as one of the 2022 Metrobank Foundation’s Ten Outstanding Filipinos for being an agent in building a stronger public trust of the community to the police service and maintaining peace and order.
Through PCPT PANLAQUI’s leadership, the Jalajala MPS implemented various programs and initiatives to empower the community and improve their lives. One of his notable programs is the FOSTER A CHILD, Jalajala MPS Scholarship Program with the theme "Para sa magandang kinabukasan gabay mo ang kapulisan". The program provided a better chance for some under privilege children of having a brighter future with the help of the LGU and different business owners in the municipality. At present, the Jalajala MPS has a total of four scholars who will be supported by the program until they graduated from any four-year course of their choice.
The MetroBank Foundation outstanding Filipinos are defined by character, competence, and compassion. They embody the meaning of “Beyond Excellence” for rendering service above and beyond their call of duty as educators, peacekeepers, and defenders. Their contributions speak of not only caliber, but also of heart and community presence,” Metrobank Foundation President Aniceto Sobrepeña said.
NAPOLCOM CALABARZON ATTENDS THE RMFB REGION4A FLAG CEREMONY
The NAPOLCOM CALABARZON Regional Director Atty. Leonora G. Bartolome CPA, CESO V attended the Monday Flag Ceremony of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion Region 4A on July 25, 2022 at the Camp Macario Sakay, Brgy. Lalakay, Los Baños, Laguna.

The Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Written Examination originally scheduled on July 31, 2022 is hereby rescheduled to August 14, 2022.
The PESE Written Examination will be held in Quezon City (for applicants from Luzon); in Cebu City (for applicants from Visayas); and in Davao City (for applicants from Mindanao).
